ORDERING PROCESS

Go to Order a Commission.
Fill out the form, nothing is due when submitting the request. Send in the request
Gather images, logos, fonts, on whatever you would like made. Email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram them to one of the ways in which you selected to converse.
You will receive an Invoice via email through the checkout in which you selected.
Once invoice is paid, the work will be begin. Please see Terms and Conditions below for more information.

CUSTOMER REVIEW DEADLINE:

You have 7 days within the completion of the design to make any changes. Any errors in terms of coloring that was supposed to be colored and missed on my behalf may be corrected after 7 days. Changing whole elements like tail numbers, vehicle colors and numbers, striping, or any other asset that is part of the vehicle/aircraft can only be done within the 7-day period. A customer review timer will be posted to the home page of LT38gaming.com.

GOOGLE DRIVE ACCESS/RETRIEVING YOUR COMMISSION:
To receive your order you will receive an email to a Google Drive Folder. This folder will be open for a 14-day period. You may share the link with anyone you want during that time. While I will save backups to my own hard drive, the Google Drive folder will delete after 14 days of the delivery which will run consecutively with the Customer Review timer. If you misplace it or delete it, you will have to email me to request additional copy if you did not opt for the commission to be shared on a Third Party Website (Flightsim.to, Simviation.com).

LT 38 GAMING PUBLIC SHARING BY REQUEST ONLY:
If you would like me to share the item, I will do so by request only. Any commission work shared you will receive a thank you credit on the item posted. While you may post it yourself to any site at any cost, I will only share them as free.

-MSFS items can be shared for free publicly through Flightsim.to or Simviation.com. Hyperlinks to download may be posted to: https://www.lt38gaming.com/gamesprojects/flight-simulator

-Into the Flames items will have an imgur direct image link and will be shared at LT38gaming.com

MSFS2020/2024 DISCLAIMER:

While most aircraft liveries work flawlessly with MSFS2020, with MSFS2024 under ongoing updates. There is a chance that they may not work with 2024. I will do my best to assist you with software updates to ensure that they work to the best of my ability. But as a livery designer, I can NOT guarantee that they will work with MSFS2024. Also, at this time, I can not edit the windows, decals and paint will not be applied to any area of the windows. If a decal is on the window you can request that it be put in place as is and understand it wont show on the window, you can request the logo be placed/scaled for somewhere else, or we can leave it off entirely.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

Due to the digital nature of the product, and unable to prevent you from making copies or uploading to your own Google Drive, and I can't just take back a digital product, you can request a cancellation and refund prior to delivery of digital assets. You may request a refund or cancellation of commissioned work for a full refund as long as your request was made prior to me sending digital assets, email timestamp may be requested. WHY PAY FOR A COMMISSION?

Thank you for your interest in my work. You probably have seen some of my work on Discord either my own or Fully Involved Studios (Into The Flames PC Game), FlightSim.to website for my HPG H135 or H145 liveries, or graphic design work here on LT38gaming.com. While I appreciate the sincere requests and compliments that I have received over the years, with more exposure comes more requests and more direct messages. Most of my expertise and knowledge of how to manipulate imagery, and replace real-world assets into the gaming community comes from my Graphic Design Degree from Full Sail University. I excelled in the program graduating as the salutatorian with a 3.9 GPA. One thing I learned is that everyone who knows a graphic designer, rarely ever wants to pay for their time and their work. You know someone wants a logo or artwork done and pay next to nothing. Everyone expects stuff to be free. While my degree came at a cost of a tune to about $80-$90K for a Bachelor's Degree. I found it very fair to ask for $10-$15 for Into The Flames Skins and Helicopter Liveries. Probably wondering is this a good deal? What do you get out of it?

Attention to Detail - I will put into the project everything that I reasonably can on the model. I test, retest, retest, and retest again and go over every model with a fine-tooth comb. I will not put out something that looks like garbage with my name on it.
Accuracy - I aim to be in the 95% or better accuracy with real-world models. Down to the fonts, logos, colors, scaling and size. Some decals may have to be scaled depending on what the game offers as vehicle models. But that's why I let you pick the models, and then I will translate the style onto the model.

3. Time: In today's world with everything at your fingertips. A lot of people forgot the lost art of waiting to get something. Having to go to a library to check out a book to learn about a subject. Now with smartphones, laptops, and computers. Everyone is used to having a need and getting an answer immediately in the palm of their hand. I feel that this is important to remember, and which is why I try to turn around projects as quickly as possible. Usually within the same day as I receive the request. You will receive your requested item fairly fast for the low price that you are paying.

4. Delivery and Support - While you are entitled to receive the project privately and keep it for yourself, I also support if you need someone to "host" the direct image link. Any project that you fund will also give you credit on Discord, or the website. Commissioned projects are only shared at the request of the customer and only to LT 38 Discord and LT38gaming.com. I will not share commissioned work to Into The Flames/Fully Involved Studios Discord. The customer can choose to do so on their own. While you will receive a PNG file, or a custom file download depending on what you ordered, images I share are uploaded to imgur so that there is a permanent image link used for games like ITF. This helps when you want to save the skin as a preset, that skin will always load when using an imgur link.

I lost my artwork or project I bought. No need to fear, I backup every project onto a hard drive where they are stored in case this happens. Reach out to me on Discord or email if this happens and I will be able to retrieve it for you if you did not want it shared on my website or Discord. Which is the plus side to requesting it be shared because in the event you delete it, it will be here available for you.

Finally, I want to thank you for your interest in commissioning me to work on your project. I do apologize if you feel that the price is not fair, I would highly recommend reaching out to other graphic designers who also do solid work.
